At St Aloysius Catholic Primary School Cronulla, students have an active voice within the school and greater community through our Student Representative Council, Buddies Program, Mini Vinnies and specifically taught leadership programs. Such programs include our Year 5 program that develops leadership skills and collaborative practices among our students.

Student voice is encouraged with great emphasis placed on developing the capacity for active listening and collaboration as part of our students learning journey.

Outside of the classroom, our Mercy Market Day celebration is a special event that displays our leadership and entrepreneurial skills in making and selling products to raise funds for Mercy Works. Our students represent the school at special events like ANZAC Day and Armistice Day. The Pope Francis Award program and Mini-Vinnies provide students with a voice in living out our school motto: ‘Nurture Faith, Empower Minds and Inspire Action’.
