Mrs Genevieve Dewberry

I am very passionate about our system of Catholic schools. I believe our students are nurtured and cared for, and the environment in which they learn is both pastoral and engaging. I value the connection to Parish and the important role we have in supporting parents to guide their children in the ways of the Catholic faith. The role of Assistant Principal is one I embrace with enthusiasm, ensuring all students are learning at their level and experiencing success.

As Assistant Principal, I support the Principal in ensuring quality teaching and learning is delivered in all classrooms across all Key Learning Areas. I work with the staff , providing professional development and assisting them with programming, teaching strategies, assessing and reporting.

Professional Experience: I have had experience in a range of different Catholic school communities, working for Sydney Catholic Schools for a period of nearly 3 decades. I have been a classroom teacher for many years, a Family Educator and a Religious Education Coordinator.

• Bachelor of Education
• Master of Educational Leadership,
• Master of Theology
• GEO 1 and 2 for gifted students.
